OLG Hamm: Incorrect energy efficiency spectrum equals failure to provide information

In advertising and offers for energy-related products in offline and online retail, the spectrum of existing efficiency classes must, among other things, be stated. The Hamm Higher Regional Court has now decided that an incorrect spectrum should be treated as if this mandatory information were completely missing in the case of brochure advertising for an oven.
