PIEVE DI SOLIGO. About 500 people in the cathedral of Pieve di Soligo and in the churchyard, on the afternoon of Tuesday 5 April 2022, gave their last farewell to Adriano Armelin, the 83-year-old retired auto electrician murder at home during a robbery.

Zaia, at the end of the ceremony, commented to reporters: “It will not help to bring Mr. Armelin back to life, but I hope that exemplary sentences are seriously considered: they must be, as far as possible, a deterrent.
