With the covid and the prolonged closure of legal gambling halls, the risk of illegal gambling, implemented without any protection for the players, and which finances the underworld increases. This is what emerges from the 33rd edition of the “Enada Primavera” Fair, which takes place from today until 23 September in Rimini.
According to the data released by the Customs and Monopoly Agency, the expenditure for legal gaming decreased by 33.2% (12.9 billion euros) compared to 2019, causing a decrease in tax revenues
36.3%, approximately 4.1 billion). The Fair, which returns after two years of absence caused by the pandemic, is the most important Italian event dedicated to public gaming. The event, organized by Sapar and the Italian Exhibition Group, sees the participation of the majority of operators, dealers and companies in the gaming sector. It also represents a unique opportunity to learn about the latest news, the products and formats that have just come out and the new regulations of the field. The exhibition has tripled the spaces compared to 2020 and aims to relaunch the sector.
