Russia affirms that US aid to Ukraine will not be effective – Channel 26

by admin

Russia has strongly reiterated its stance that the United States‘ aid to Ukraine will not be effective in the ongoing conflict between the two countries. This statement comes as Ukraine seeks more military support from the US ahead of the upcoming G7 meeting.

The request for additional aid was made by Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba during a meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. Kuleba emphasized the “urgent need” for the US Congress to approve the aid package to help Ukraine defend itself against Russian aggression.

NATO’s top official in Europe has also expressed concern over the escalating situation in Ukraine, warning of a dire scenario in the war against Russia. The international community is closely watching the developments in the region as tensions continue to rise.

As the G7 meeting approaches, it remains to be seen how the United States and other member countries will respond to Ukraine’s plea for more military assistance. The outcome of these discussions could have significant implications for the ongoing conflict and the future of the region.
