The Mayor’s Office of Santa Marta continues to close important trade agreements for the growth of the city, this time the Secretary of Economic Development and Competitiveness of Santa Marta, Carlos José Jaramillo Ríos, is participating in a seminar held in the city of Beijing (China) , organized by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO) of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.
