CAGLIARI. The Solinas junta has appointed the general managers who from January 2022 will lead the healthcare companies in the new structure defined by regional law number 24 of 2020, thus putting an end to the commissioner management.
At the helm of Ares, the regional health agency that will take over some of the centralized functions of the Ats, such as personnel and client management, the council has indicated Annamaria Tomasella, while as regards the eight local social and health agencies, the managers appointed by the Sardinian executive are: Flavio Sensi (Asl 1, Sassari); Marcello Acciaro (Asl 2, Gallura); Paolo Cannas (Asl 3, Nuoro); Luigi Cugia (Asl 4, Ogliastra); Angelo Maria Serusi (Asl 5, Oristano); Giorgio Carboni (Asl 6, Medio Campidano); Giuliana Campus (Asl 7, Sulcis); Marcello Tidore (Asl 8, Cagliari).
To the management of hospital-university companies: Antonio Lorenzo Spano at the Aou Sassari e Chiara Seazzu at the Aou Cagliari. For the Regional Emergency and Urgency Agency of Sardinia, the appointment is that of Simonetta Cinzia Bettelini, while at the top of the company of national importance and high specialization (Arnas) G. Brotzu the name is that of Agnese Foddis.
