Karachi: 9 independent members of Sindh Assembly supported by Tehreek-e-Insaf took the oath of membership, the number of members who took the oath increased to 157.
Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani administered oath to the members. Jamaat-e-Islami member Muhammad Farooq also took the oath of membership while 3 members of GDA remained absent today.
It should be noted that on the decision of the PTI leadership, the independent members of the Sindh Assembly did not take oath earlier.
