The snowfall – initially with rain – is expected to continue until early Thursday. At Dresden and Leipzig airports, flights to Frankfurt/Main and Munich were canceled for Wednesday. Restrictions are also to be expected in rail traffic. The tickets of travelers who postpone their journey on Wednesday due to the risk of severe weather remain valid.
