A subject accused by the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) of sexually assaulting a minor was sentenced to 56 years in prison.
According to the tax authorities, the subject responds to the name of Gabriel García Orellana.
García began the abuses in 2008, when he was taking care of the 4, 5 and 7-year-old victims, in the San Rafael Canton, La Libertad.
In 2021, this subject tried to commit the assaults again and threatened to kill the 3 victims with corves in their hands.
One of them called the authorities and was immediately caught.
