Sudanese Net:
The General Intelligence Service in Sudan denied the validity of the report circulated by some social media and websites about allegations of a coup attempt by senior commanders in the Sudanese army.
The Director of Information at the General Intelligence Service confirmed in a press circular that the report is baseless, stressing that the competent departments of the Service have begun to pursue counterfeiters.
The Director of Intelligence Media called on citizens not to pay attention to such rumors and fake pictures, and to rely on official sources to capture and circulate news.
The media director added that resorting to publishing and fabricating such reports are nothing but desperate attempts by the rebel terrorist Rapid Support Militia to cover up its defeats and seek to break the unprecedented great cohesion between the various regular forces and popular rally around them to defeat the remaining Rapid Support Militia mercenaries.
