First, the new era and new journey will bring a new atmosphere in the hearts and minds of compatriots on both sides of the strait.This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Many Taiwan compatriots attended major events such as celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and commemorating the 110th anniversary of the Revolution of 1911. They participated in related themed exchanges and visits. They have a deeper understanding of the original mission, struggle and glorious achievements of the Communist Party of China, and have a deeper understanding of the reunification of the motherland. Many Taiwan compatriots who study and work in the mainland actively participate in voluntary services such as helping rural rejuvenation, supporting education and delivering medical care, and assisting people affected by disasters. This year, 20 Taiwanese artists and writers participated in the National Congress of the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Chinese Writers Association as official representatives for the first time. Thirteen Taiwanese compatriots became new members of the China Federation of Literary and Art Associations. 8 compatriots in Fujian and Taiwan were rated as representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage in Fujian Province. Li Xuanze, a baseball player, became the first Taiwanese athlete to receive a technical grade certificate for a mainland athlete. Many Taiwanese professionals have also come to the mainland to work in science and technology, education, and rural creation and construction.
