The man and son would have been tracked down by the local police
(ANSA) – PADUA, 08 OCT – The 5-year-old boy kidnapped last Tuesday in Padua by his father, a Romanian, who with three accomplices had snatched him from his mother’s arms and then escaped, was found.
According to initial information, the man and his son were tracked down by the Romanian police on board a train. This is confirmed by Italian investigative sources. No other details are known at the moment.
The Carabinieri were on the trail of the kidnappers: the little boy had been picked up on Tuesday morning by a ‘commando’ of four men. Yesterday in Limena (Padua) the soldiers of the Arma had recovered the van used for the kidnapping. (HANDLE).
