In the publication, Iván Duque assures that after the dismantling of these policies by the new Government, “In 2023 we achieved the worst growth in years, excluding the global COVID-19 crisis, the growth in 2023 was even worse than in 2009 in the midst of the global financial crisis.”

And he concluded: “When investment is attacked, mistrust is created and the businessman is persecuted, there is a decrease in growth, which means that, both in 2023 and 2024, our country’s economy is petrified.”
