TREVISO. A wonderful girl, kind, cheerful, in love with life, her family and her job. The communities of Villorba e Treviso so remember Ilenia Tubia, 31, struck down on Tuesday morning by an illness that left her no way out.

Ilenia was well known in Catena di Villorba, where she was born and where she had lived with her parents and brothers until a few years ago, when, after her marriage to Simone Vettoretti and the birth of little Camilla, 2 years old, she moved to Conegliano, thus making his dream come true.

Ilenia had worked for 13 years as a hairdresser in the “Carron” salon, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele in Villorba: it was a job she loved, which she had undertaken when she was just 16 years old, after graduating from the Turazza Institute in Treviso where she was doing with enthusiasm and passion, managing to create a familiar relationship with the owners, Marina and Biancarosa.

Despite her young age, she had an extraordinary strength, maturity and determination and with these warrior qualities she faced the terrible disease that struck her immediately after Camilla’s birth and that forced her to undergo for two years. to long and extremely painful therapies.

The last hospitalization, at the Cà Foncello hospital in Treviso, dates back to last August: despite the worsening of her condition, even in that period Ilenia had never stopped worrying about others and was keen to make her closeness to those who suffered and who, like her, were fighting their own battle.

The funeral will take place on Friday at 4 pm in the church of Catena di Villorba.
