Here we go, the Advocate General and Officer of the Public Ministry at the Court of Appeal of North Kivu has just launched a warrant to appear against the Director General and the Administrative and Financial Director of the Volcanological Observatory of Goma (OVG ) this Thursday, June 08, 2023.
In a correspondence received and exploited by Matininfos.net, the office of the Advocate General asked these two officials of the OVG to appear this Friday, June 09 at ten thirty minutes at the General Prosecutor’s Office of North Kivu to be expected there. on the offenses attributed to them by their agents.
Moreover, the Advocate General makes it known in the same correspondence that failing to do so, they will be constrained in accordance with the law.
If the vagueness lasted a long time in the file opposing the Director General of the Volcanological Observatory of Goma (OVG) to his agents, one can hope to discover something of truth there with the appearance of these two Chiefs who would be charged with having embezzled several funds behind them.
