TRIESTE. Judge Nicoli has ordered the revocation of house arrest against the municipal councilor No vax, suspended, Ugo Rossi, however he has prescribed the prohibition of access and residence in the municipalities of the province of Trieste, unless expressly authorized by the judge. The provision will remain in effect until May 8, 2023.
The decision was taken during the first hearing of the trial which was held on Monday 9 May, at 9.30 am,
