The Region has published a call for tenders for the sale of some owned properties located in various locations in the Aosta Valley. These are buildings, warehouses, apartments and even a swimming pool that the administration does not use and which can therefore be sold.

With the same tender, the Region sells the former Guglielminetti apartments in via Ponte Romano in Châtillon, the former Perloz tavern built in the 1930s (110,625 euros the auction price), the former scientific high school along the national road for Donnas in the municipality of Pont-Saint-Martin (284,750 euros) and also the former Hotel Miramonti in Pré-Saint-Didier. The building of over one thousand square meters is proposed at the base amount of 1,450,000 euros.

In the list of properties for sale there is also the swimming pool of the Giomein condominium in Breil Cervinia for sale at 498,334.37 euros.

The competition will take place on 6 October at 10.30 at the Regional Palace. Tenders must be sent by 12 noon on 5 October or delivered by hand on the day of the race between 9.30 and 10.30.
