The ski season with green pass starts, what are the new rules

by admin

The ski season in the Alps has started. As per tradition, Cervinia was the first to open the ski lifts – among the main Italian stations – a town that can count on a shared area with Zermatt, in Switzerland. The start began on Saturday 16 October when the first skier passed the turnstiles to go up to altitude with the gondola or the cable car to Plan Maison. After the misunderstandings of last year (opening with long queues of skiers at the ticket offices finished on social networks and related controversies) this year the Cervino spa will have everyone’s eyes on it, ski enthusiasts and not, so that everything goes on in the best way .

The ski season in Cervinia is starting

The impression is that on how these first days of skiing go will depend on the measures for the rest of the season that the Government has learned to launch. Here are the main rules: the skipass, daily or multi-day, can be purchased exclusively online; access for skiers is allowed upon presentation of a green pass and a valid document, except for children under 12, and with a surgical mask or ffp2 worn correctly, covering the mouth and nose. The Cervino spa staff and the police will carry out the checks at the start of the lifts.

Mandatory green pass for ski lifts

The green certificate obligation was extended when the green pass bis law decree was converted into law to access the ski lifts (“Cable cars, cable cars and chairlifts, if used with the closure of the screen domes, for tourist-commercial purposes and even when located in ski areas, without limitations on the sale of travel tickets “). News that therefore opens the way to the ski season.
