BELLUNO. A family is enough. It doesn’t take who knows how many employees to restart the Cavarzano food market. Those of a certain age may remember how many shops there were in the neighborhood, between the seventies and eighties: Piazza in via Trois, Gilberto in via Andrea di Foro and De Gasperin in via Pellegrini, to name three, but there are it was another one, next to the Texas bar.
