These are the ones who end up in charge of medical emergencies, making decisions about matters they do not know, making blunders that trigger death in the least cases, in others leaving lifelong consequences for a family that already has no the resources necessary to receive better care, and must now deal with a family member who will need special care for life.
Finally those in the know are rising up to denounce what is really happening with tertiary education in our country, where foreigners who contribute nothing invade our health systems without any control, in addition to imposing their culture under the pretext that there are too many of them, not to mention 90% in private universities, now the Brazilian national anthem is also sung in these places… you think that this happens in Argentina or Spain, which is populated by Paraguayan immigrants… EVER! And not to mention the issue of language or customs, outside of Paraguay it is mandatory to adapt, not like here where foreigners are allowed to do whatever they want.
Definitely the negotiation of the universities is only a benefit for some and Dr. Alfredo Boccia recently stated in an interview that the universities are of interest to a departmental or national politician and that behind this there is a drug trafficker manipulating the supposed company that ends up being a great money laundering.
