(ANSA) – MILAN, 01 FEB – A policeman exploded two gunshots in the air in an attempt to block a car that had refused to stop and from which, after a few minutes of chase in the San Siro district of Milan , an Uzi machine gun was thrown. It happened shortly after 7:30 pm yesterday. Five people were stopped by the police and taken to the police station.
According to what has been reconstructed so far, two agents noticed the car with five people on board as it was heading towards the Autostrada dei Laghi and ordered the driver to stop.
When the man accelerated, a chase that lasted several minutes began, during which an agent fired gunshots in the air. Along the road, near via Paravia, someone threw the machine gun out of the window, which was functional and charged.
