On his farm located in the Los Cominos trail, rural area of Valledupar, Janer Geles Suárez, brother of the renowned composer Omar Geles, was a victim of rustling, when several armed criminals entered the property, tied up the administrator and proceeded to ‘peel’ various animals.
Through a video that he made public, Janer Geles explained that four subjects arrived at the farm located one kilometer from Valledupar, known as Techo Azul, at approximately 7:00 p.m. last Wednesday, and with firearms. They intimidated the administrator, whom they tied up and proceeded to tour the property.
At approximately 11:00 at night, the worker manages to free himself and go out to the place where the cattle are, obtaining the viscera of four sacrificed animals. The four men involved in the incident allegedly fled in a taxi, which was seen by some residents of the sector.
Geles filed a complaint with the police authorities, whose uniformed officers began investigations to find those responsible for this new case of cattle rustling in the rural area of this capital.
