Outside a pool hall in the Kioskos de la Y sector, on Simón Bolívar Avenue in Valledupar, Juan David García Aristizabal, 27, was murdered by a gunshot wound.
Apparently, the events occurred in the middle of a fight when the victim arrived with a machete to complain about some matter to another subject, who pulled out a gun and shot him in the abdomen.
In this case there are eyewitnesses to the murder, who helped the injured man and took him to the Simón Bolívar Pediatric Clinic, where he died when the doctors were just trying to save his life.
It was also learned that there is a person captured as the alleged murderer who was at the disposal of the Prosecutor’s Office.
García Aristizabal was dedicated to the job of collecting newspapers and presumably the discussion with the aggressor had to do with this work.
