The 2022 Spring Festival travel starts on January 17 and ends on February 25. In the context of the current national epidemic that has not yet ended, all transportation departments must still adhere to scientific and accurate epidemic prevention policies and not relax, and continue to do a solid job in ensuring transportation services.
“Flowing China” is the source of vitality for China’s economy. The Spring Festival is over, but there are always people on the way. The movement of people will inevitably increase the uncertainty of the spread of the virus. At present, we are still facing the double test of the imported epidemic of Delta and Omicron strains. As the “pioneering officer” of economic and social development, the transportation department should further upgrade the epidemic prevention measures and escort passengers with strict and meticulous prevention and control measures.
Upgrading epidemic prevention measures depends on scientific precision. All transportation departments should take the right medicine and targeted therapy to achieve effective prevention and control of the epidemic. On the one hand, strict epidemic prevention must be in place. Railways, civil aviation and highways must create a joint prevention and control mechanism. Passengers must strictly implement the “required actions” of scanning codes, measuring body temperature, and wearing masks when entering and leaving stations, strengthening ventilation and disinfection in public places, and making emergency plans. On the other hand, orderly flow has to work. It is necessary to resolutely prevent “one size fits all” and “layers of overweight”, ensure the safe and orderly travel of the masses, and minimize the impact on the production and life of the masses.
A two-pronged approach, “soft and hard”, and effective prevention and control without losing humanity can meet the two-way requirements of safety and business resumption, and link the safety “artery” for economic and social development.
Pedestrians are on the road, and epidemic prevention must be “on the road”. On the road to build a strong line of defense against the epidemic, every passenger is the protagonist. After the end of the Spring Festival travel, although the crowd of people is no longer one after another, it does not mean that the epidemic prevention and control can “take a break” or “relax”. “A hole as big as a needle tip can escape a big wind.” Each of us should abide by the traffic travel regulations during the epidemic, be cautious, and make persistent efforts to jointly build a copper wall for epidemic prevention and control.
