Within the framework of the construction process of the Departmental Development Plan, after holding the Participatory Roundtables in the 19 municipalities, a series of meetings with various population groups has begun, with the aim of knowing and prioritizing the initiatives and projects that They will be fundamental for the preparation of this important document.
During this week, special attention has been paid to the Departmental Table of Victims that represents the more than 75 thousand victims of the armed conflict in Casanare, and to the Association of Community Boards.
In a participatory and constructive exercise, the victims of the armed conflict have prioritized projects related to the housing solution, the promotion of productive units, the strengthening of education, as well as initiatives in the field of health and projects to honor the memory of victims, reconciliation and building a better future.
On the other hand, community leaders have emphasized the importance of creating the Community Institute and have highlighted the need to legalize the more than one thousand Community Action Boards that exist in Casanare, recognizing their fundamental role in strengthening the social and community fabric in the area. department.
