Luxottica takes the field together with Ulss and the municipality of Sedico to vaccinate the Belluno population against Covid. It is not a question of the vaccination campaign for factory workers, but of making personnel and facilities available to expand the healthcare company’s offer of vaccination centers. The new center for prophylaxis will be activated at the Palaskating (former bowling alley – via Villa, 7) in Sedico. The new center will join the five drive-in centers already active organized by Ulss Dolomiti (Belluno Ospedale, Alpago Paludi, Feltre, Agordo and Tai) with the aim of carrying out 250 vaccinations per day to people residing in Ulss Dolomiti by booking the site www.aulss1.veneto.it, like the other vaccination points, choosing the portal as the site “Palaskating Sedico – Luxottica partnership”.

The team active at Palaskating will be made up of two health workers from the health care company (the session chairman and the line contact person) and 11 health workers and technicians made available free of charge by Luxottica. All the management of external roads and access to the structure will be handled by the municipal administration of Sedico and by the Civil Protection.
