Web Desk: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Barrister Dr. Saif has said that the Election Commission has a biased attitude against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf.
He said that we should get full seats from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the Senate, which is our right. Enmity with PTI continues on behalf of Election Commission. According to Barrister Dr. Saif, PTI is being excluded from the political process under a regular campaign. Due to the unconstitutional decisions of the Election Commission, the Senate election became controversial.
The Information Advisor says that in the case of certain seats, the Election Commission violated Section 104 of the Election Act. In this regard, we have reservations about the decisions of the Election Commission.
He clarified that the Election Commission has no authority to misinterpret the constitution, if we observe the current situation, the attitude of the Election Commission against PTI seems to be biased due to which we do not have confidence in the Election Commission.
