Subsequently, the Government of Cesar will lead a posthumous tribute behind closed doors, with a mass to ask God for his eternal rest and remember the greatness of the legacy of the person who is the subject of this tribute.

Later, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, La Voz de Marquezote and Cardenal Stereo will intertwine in a radio special, turning the frequency into a stage for conversations that will rescue memories lived with our beloved ‘ Ocha’.
