Catholic parishioners participated on Friday, March 22, of the diocesan Stations of the Cross that symbolizes the beginning of Holy Week in Valledupar. Touring the 14 stations, from the Cesar Governorate to Alfonso López Plaza, the vallenatos commemorated the path that Jesus of Nazareth traveled from his conviction to his death and burial.

Jesús Torres Ariza, vicar of the Diocese of Valledupar, invited the community to celebrate Semana Mayor by finding reasons to “make this world more humane to build peace”.
