PORDENONE. A Pordenone warehouse worker found himself overwhelmed by debts after signing a surety in favor of a company, which subsequently went bankrupt.
Assisted by the lawyer Mauro Zalla, he asked to be admitted to the over-indebtedness liquidation procedure. The debt exposure amounts to 230 thousand euros, a few hundred euros lie on his current account, two foreclosures weigh on the monthly salary.
