Wrong maneuver and falls from eight meters with the paraglider: it is serious

MEDUNO. A 59-year-old German tourist fell with a paraglider from Mount Valinis from a height of about eight meters and was hospitalized in serious condition at the hospital in Udine.

The accident occurred on Tuesday 10 May, around 2 pm. A friend of the man, who was with him on the launch pad, mobilized the rescue.

According to the first reconstructions of what happened, due to an incorrect maneuver, the tourist fell violently to the ground shortly after the launch, from a height of about eight meters, ending up in the cliff.
