Today at the PalaBigi, at the end of the UNAHOTELS training, the team and staff received the delegation of doctors from the Unimore School of Specialization in Anesthesia, Resuscitation and Intensive Care, coordinated by Prof. Alberto Barbieri. The meeting had the aim of obtaining from an important testimonial, such as Pallacanestro Reggiana, support for the work carried out by the “young specialists”, a cornerstone of the National Health System.
Angelo Santoro, architect of this new meeting in favor of Public Health, underlined that this specialization – in particular – is the very basis of our Health Service. A figure, that of the resuscitation doctor, who does not find widespread recognition in the private profession as he carries out most of his activity inside the operating rooms.
Today Pallacanestro Reggiana becomes an ambassador of visibility for this profession to pay homage to the courage and selflessness with which these professionals work to literally keep patients alive.
