Certosa and coach Di Toma another two years together

The patron Bonfanti extends the contract to the pro coach who has fully embraced the corporate project based on the green line

The Certosa sports hall is one of the rare jewel-like facilities equipped with air conditioning and it is not surprising if on a late July afternoon in the field you still train, with women’s volleyball groups of all ages. From a side door you can see the profiles of Max Bonfanti, patron of Certosa, and of Federico Di Toma, professional coach in the club for some years. There is a feeling between the two and there has been from the first moment, indeed since Bonfanti took a long run to convince a caliber like Di Toma to marry the Carthusian project. Then, Di Toma, in Certosa found an even better dimension than he could optimistically have expected to the point of making it his second home. And just in these days, Bonfanti has formalized another two years of Di Toma’s contract, an extension that will lead the coach to a total stay of 5 years, not excluding further extensions. Indeed, to date the hypothesis seems solid. A strong investment, a counter-current choice. All within the coherence of an idea that has always put the growth of girls of all ages at the center and the sporting result a little further behind.

This, then, has slowly arrived and it is reasonable to expect further growth after the already considerable milestones achieved. Especially at the end of a season in which the Under 18 team in synergy between Certosa and Pro Patria Milano has come a step away from the final, losing the semi-final in Monza at the golden set after winning 3-0 in the first leg. But it will also get used to these challenges, the company continues to support the path to allow us to keep ourselves at these levels and acquire what we still lack “.
