UDINE. On Saturday 9 July in Friuli Venezia Giulia, out of a total of 8,874 tests and swabs, 2,057 positivity to Covid 19 were found. In detail, 384 new infections were detected out of 2,956 molecular swabs. In addition, 5,918 rapid antigenic tests have been carried out, from which 1,673 cases have emerged. There are 6 people admitted to intensive care (stable compared to Friday), while patients hospitalized in other departments are 175 (+6).

The deaths of 3 people were recorded, respectively in the province of Udine, Trieste and Gorizia. The total number of people who have died since the beginning of the pandemic is 5,181: 1,295 in Trieste, 2,428 in Udine, 978 in Pordenone and 480 in Gorizia.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 416,538 people have tested positive for the virus.
