PAVIA
Two silver medals and one bronze are the booty won by the young rowers of Cus Pavia on Lake Candia, in the Canavese area; a silver and a bronze the balance of the masters. Satisfaction above all for the promises of Cussino rowing, which challenged the weapons of the teams from the North West of Italy. First experience and first silver medal brought home by Marcello Tulli (single B1 students), while the rookie crew of the double cadets made up of Reinis Lacinej and Riccardo Vaccarone finished in fifth place. Both crews have shown that they can compete and take off even more satisfaction in the future. Good race also by the double Cussino cadets composed by Jacopo Veneroni and Andrea Federzoni who conquered the second place behind the Canottieri Sanremo, while they finished on the third step of the podium in their final series Alessandro Scotti Foglieni and Alessio Chiariello in the single 7.20 Students C.
Sore point only for the unfortunate performance of the cussine Anna Fumagalli and Camilla Negri who, due to an accident during the course, lost precious seconds and were unable to show off their skills.
Also present was part of the Cus Pavia master team. In the single Maurizio Losi finished in fourth place a race characterized by a strong and annoying side wind. The scull four with Andrea Dellachà, Paolo Carbone, Diego Salerno and Emanuele Lanterna on board obtained a positive third place. The Cussini masters Andrea Dellachà, Paolo Carbone, Davide Canevari and Emanuele Lanterna together with friends of the Brindisi Rowing Club led a comeback race that led them to conquer the silver in the queen rowing race the eight with coxswain, behind the fort crew of the Canottieri Cerea of Turin. –
