In the second round, the Ivrea derby in the last thrust with Dominici prevailing over Biondi 10-9, while Tonso beats Gaia Giacomantonio (Terni) 10-5. In the quarterfinals Tonso’s race stops 5-10 by Diletta Freguglia from Novara and Dominici’s show begins opposite three foreign swordsmen. The first to fall under her blows is the Swiss from Lugano Ravelli for 10-3. In the semifinal there is the Polish from Warsaw Alicja Szewcyk: she finishes 10-8. In the final, here is the Serbian Cika Magdalena: with great coldness Alisia always keeps her opponent at a distance and wins 10-6: «Alisia – comments the maestro Marco Secco – she has always shot with great tranquility. She suffered from the start of the semifinal match with the Pole, but when she understood her opponent’s weak point everything went well ».
