Second place of the Sigma Gymnica Monterosa of Pont-Saint-Martin at the first round of the Gold Teamgym national championship of acrobatic gymnastics, organized by the Fgi, Italian Gymnastics Federation.

The theater of the event was the Cumiana gymnasium last Sunday, March 27th. The lower Aosta Valley team was made up of Alice Zunino (born in 2008), Liam Corsini (2008), Martina Broglia (2009) and Alice Arvat (2005) who managed to finish second, out of four participating teams, beaten only by Exprin Parma. The team presented to Cumiana by Sigma Monterosa was also made up of gymnasts from the host company of the Cumiana Gymnastics, who helped to keep the lower Aosta Valley competitive. Among those who have particularly shined, Liam Corsini stands out, especially in the execution of two exercises: tumbling and the trampoline, as also told by the coach Stefania Ballot: “I am very satisfied with both the performance offered by all the gymnasts, and the second final place – explains Ballot -. The gymnasts are working hard in the gym and then the results are visible, but the most comforting aspect is the technical and personality growth of each one ». Next meeting on Saturday 2 April in Sanremo (Imperia) for a Silver level interregional competition. –
