TURIN. The Super Lega case is enriched with a new chapter. According to the Spanish broadcaster Cadena Ser, the Swiss Ministry of Justice has sent an official notification to Uefa and Fifa in which it claims that the two bodies cannot impose sanctions against Super League clubs. If so, this would be excellent news for Barcelona, Juventus and Real Madrid, the three clubs that have not signed the agreement required by UEFA president Aleksandr Ceferin, in order to avoid penalties. If the indiscretion were to be confirmed, Uefa and Fifa will find themselves at the crossroads: close the disciplinary file or move forward in the legal battle that could lead to the exclusion of the three clubs from the European cups.
