On this, however, the Prime Minister Mario Draghi appears intent on moving forward. For the use of the green pass, according to what is learned from government sources, they should be identified three categories of Ateco codes: one for i essential services (accessible without certification); one where a “light” pass, i.e. with a single dose; and one where the completion of the vaccination cycle. Among the application hypotheses that have been made, for example, there would be that of not providing for obligations for drinks at bar counter while the green pass (at least initially with a dose) would be necessary for the table service indoors, even in restaurants. The “full” certificate, on the other hand, will certainly be required for big events like concerts.
On the other hand, an open and very controversial topic of discussion concerns Transports. The green pass should be returned immediately obligatory for planes, ships and long-distance trains. For local public transport, the obligation could come into effect later, from September, but the decision on this point should be postponed to a later date.
