Hard does not participate in the European Cup

HC Hard will not take part in the European Cup next season. The Vorarlbergers announced the decision on Thursday, stating that the players were being overburdened as well as additional financial costs due to increased travel expenses, infrastructure measures and a lack of marketing revenue.

They want to focus on the Austrian championship next season, it said in a statement. Last season, Hard had reached the group stage of the EHF European League.
