Inter Miami footballer Lionel Messi publishes playlist with Latin hits

Lionel Messi, the star footballer for Inter Miami, has shared his playlist of songs that he listens to before taking the field. The list includes hits by popular Latin artists such as Bad Bunny, Maluma, Rosalía, and Karol G. The playlist, which has a total of 60 songs and lasts 3 hours and 30 minutes, was shared by Apple, which is broadcasting the MLS this season through its Apple TV platform.

Some of the top songs on Messi’s playlist include “Another night in Miami” by Bad Bunny, “Despacito” by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee, and “Trofeo” by Maluma and Yandel. Bad Bunny is Messi’s favorite, with six of his songs making the list. Other notable songs on the playlist include hits by Rauw Alejandro, J Balvin, Rosalía, and more.

While Latin artists dominate the playlist, Messi also includes songs from other genres such as Rihanna, Gorillaz, AC/DC, U2, and Drake. Messi is set to begin his second season with Inter Miami, where he landed last year from Paris Saint Germain after winning the World Cup with Argentina. Inter Miami’s official season debut will be on Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. local time against Real Salt Lake at home at the DRV PNK Stadium.
