The Council of Ministers approved the law decree which increases the capacities in places of culture and sport and in discos. No one has unmarked in the CDM and therefore the dl can be considered approved unanimously.

In the yellow area, the permitted capacity cannot exceed 50 percent of the maximum authorized “, reads in fact in the legislative decree.
The decree, however, also provides the tightening of sanctions in the event that the managers do not comply with the new percentage limits of attendance. The article on “urgent provisions on shows open to the public, sporting events and competitions and discos” provides that “starting from the second violation, committed on a different day”, “the ancillary administrative sanction of the closing from one to ten days “.
Again according to the draft of the new dl on reopening, “it will no longer be necessary respect the distance interpersonal of at least one meter for visitors “in museums, other institutes and places of culture”.
“Finally the whole culture begins to live again. From 11 October cinemas, theaters and concerts indoors and outdoors will return to 100% capacity, obviously with a mask and green pass. Therefore, respect the indications of the CTS on the capacity of the stadiums, while the one foreseen for the arenas rises by 10% (the CTS asked for 50%). Larger meshes also for cinemas and theaters: according to the Technical-Scientific Committee, the indoor capacity should have been around 80%.
