CAGLIARI. If the FIGC Regional Committee decides to increase the number of teams participating in the Regional Excellence championship from the current 17 to 18, it will necessarily have to proceed with a repechage from the Promotion, and also in the First and Second categories.
In this last tournament, however, also six boxes remain to be filled to bring the total to 112 companies, as well as last year.
These are the companies that aspire to rematch. Excellence: Stintino, Tharros, Usinese, Villacidrese, Villasimius. Promotion: Atl. Narcao, Cus Cagliari, Fermassenti San Giovanni Suergiu, Frassinetti Elmas Villasor, Freccia Mogoro, Ozierese, Pattada, Quartu 2000, Sadali, Samugheo, Tempio. First category: Audax Algherese, Cardedu, Castelsardo, Domusnovas, Ittiri Sprint, Monreale San Gavino, Monte Alma Nulvi, San Vito, Sorso 1930, Tuttevista Galtellì, Verde Isola Carloforte. Second category: Isuledda Cagliari, La Pineta Sinnai, Sporting Paduledda, Sinnai, Su Planu, Tzaramonte, Uta 2020.
The response is expected between 6 and 10 August, when the teams of the championships will be defined.
