Two groups will be formed. The races will be held from Saturday 9 April to Saturday 14 May. The first two classified will play the playoff semifinals (Saturday 21 May first leg and Wednesday 25 the return match, with eventual beautiful Saturday 28 May) and the winners, both already promoted to B2, will play the regional title on Saturday 28 May (if not there will be the beautiful) or Thursday 2 June. The losers of the semifinals remain in C. As for the playouts, from the fifth to the eleventh of the regular season they will all be involved: three groups of seven teams will be formed, with one-way matches also in this case.
