Furthermore, the basic prescriptions will always be valid and mandatory, i.e. first of all the use of the mask and then the maintenance of social distancing. 58 crews entered the 18th edition of the Rally Italia Sardegna, with 10 Wrc Plus in the race, and then 11 Wrc 2 and 16 Wrc 3 cars at the start. The Sardinian world test includes a course consisting of 20 special stages divided into three stages for a total of 303.10 km timed. In the meantime, some interesting rumors about the race have already emerged. There are 57 entries in the world race, and in addition there will be about thirty crews for the Italian Terra Championship.

The race presents several important innovations, among which the most relevant will be that of the return of the world championship in Gallura. Only the ceremonial departure will in fact this time take place in Alghero, which in the last seven years had hosted the event.
