For Torres a goalkeeper from Lugano and a defender from Fiorentina
SASSARI. The transfer campaign of the newly promoted Torres women to Serie B continues unabated. The rossoblù management yesterday closed two new contracts, one with the goalkeeper Mirian Ubaldi, the other with Sofia Lorieri. Marian Ubaldi after two seasons with Lugano returns to Italy to play for a starting place in the rossoblù squad. «Torres is a good opportunity to grow and improve myself».
The other arrival in the rossoblù house is Sofia Lorieri. On loan from Fiorentina, the young defender was a staple of the Viola youth teams until last season.
Born in Florence in 2001, 1.70 tall and weighing 58 kg, Lorieri is a candidate for a place on the left wing of the Sassari team. «I chose the women’s Torres because I think it is a good opportunity to recover from my injury, I can’t wait to go out on the pitch and give my best.
