Lucca Comics & Gamesin collaboration with the Jury of Role Playing Game of the Yearannounced the opening of applications for the 2024 edition of the prestigious award.
This recognition is reserved for best role-playing game released in the previous yearfollowing the example of the 2023 winner, Wanderhome the Jay Dragon.
Nominations open for Role Playing Game of the Year by Lucca Comics & Games 2024
Registrations are open from March 18th to May 31st. Eligible games are those published between 1 June 2023 and 31 May 2024. Interested publishers can register online (at this link) and send seven copies of the game to the Lucca Crea office.
The winner will be announced during the Lucca Comics & Games event, scheduled from 30 October to 3 November 2024.
The jury
2024 marks the beginning of a new era with the appointment of Daniele Prisco as President of the Jury. With a long history in the world of role-playing games and a passion for the gaming industry, Prisco brings his experience and knowledge to the role of leading the jury.
The jury for 2024 is made up of key figures in the field of role-playing games, ensuring a fair and informed judging process. Members include the aforementioned Daniele Prisco (President) as well as Michele Bellone (Vice president), Giovanni Bacaro, Anna Benedetto, Osiride Luca Cascioli, Laura Grossi e Marzia Possenti.
