The implementation of this function will be accessed through a new section in the Gmail application, making it simple and efficient to manage subscriptions. The tool will categorize subscriptions based on the number of emails received per quarter, making it easy for users to identify and eliminate the subscriptions that are cluttering their inbox.

Furthermore, users will also have the option to unsubscribe from a subscription with a single click next to the sender’s name, streamlining the process and eliminating the need to navigate through individual emails to find unsubscribe links.

While the “Manage Subscriptions” feature is still in development and has not been officially launched, some users have had the opportunity to test it out through a pop-up in the Gmail application. Google has not provided a specific timeline for the release of this tool, so users may encounter difficulties accessing it during the trial period.

In addition to the subscription management tool, Google is also introducing Gemini to enhance productivity in the Gmail application. This new feature will include “Help me write” to assist users in composing emails for specific purposes, as well as the ability to generate email digests using advanced AI algorithms to provide concise summaries of emails.
