A new mystery in the American music festival stampede: a security guard was needled or injected with drugs

Up to now, at least 8 people have been killed and 300 people have been injured. The local police chief confirmed on the afternoon of the 6th that a security guard had been needled, possibly by drug injection, and the police has launched a criminal investigation.

According to Fox News and the New York Post report on the 6th, Houston Police Commissioner Troy Fenner confirmed on the same day that a preliminary investigation found that a security guard on duty at the music festival felt a prick in his neck. The medical staff at the scene confirmed that they saw the pinholes in the security’s skin and injected him with naloxone, a drug used to wake up people who overdose opioids.
