The couple have a three-year-old daughter together, and they have applied for shared custody after the divorce, writes Oog Entertainment Online.
The actor is best known as “Stifler” in the blockbuster “American Pie”.
In the court documents, it is stated that the couple has been separated since October 2 last year, writes People.
Scott and his wife married in a secret ceremony in September 2019. To US Weekly said Scott that his then-new wife was a “great lady” and that he was very happy.
